Love More Sex

PREMIER DIAGNOSTICS

SEXUAL HEALTH • PREVENTION • EDUCATION • WELLBEING

Love more. Talk more. Know more. Care more.

Welcome to Love More Sex — an educational sexual-health and wellbeing concept designed to make conversations about sex, relationships, prevention and personal health easier.

Sexual health is part of overall health, but many people still find it difficult to ask questions, arrange appropriate testing or know where to turn.

Love More Sex provides a simple starting point.

Our approach is:

Education before embarrassment.
Prevention before crisis.
Questions before assumptions.
Professional advice when needed.

We encourage people to understand their health, recognise when something needs attention and take the appropriate next step.

Love More Sex does not replace your GP, sexual-health clinic, laboratory, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.

YOUR HEALTH. YOUR PRIVACY. YOUR CHOICE.

Sexual health is about more than sexually transmitted infections.

It can include:

Relationships • Consent • Contraception • Fertility • Intimacy • Testing • Mental wellbeing • Communication

We want people to feel able to ask questions without embarrassment or judgement.

Whether you are single, dating, in a long-term relationship or simply want to understand more about your health, the first step can be a conversation.

Know more.
Ask questions.
Take action.

2. ABOUT

WHY LOVE MORE SEX?

People sometimes delay seeking advice because they feel embarrassed, worried or unsure where to start.

Love More Sex aims to make that first step easier.

OUR FIVE PRINCIPLES

RESPECT
Everyone deserves dignity and privacy.

CONSENT
Healthy sexual relationships depend upon freely given, informed and ongoing consent.

EDUCATION
Good information helps people make better-informed choices.

PREVENTION
Understanding risk and appropriate prevention can help protect you and your partners.

REFERRAL
When a concern requires clinical assessment, seek appropriate professional support.

We don’t encourage self-diagnosis.

We encourage self-awareness followed by appropriate action.

3. SERVICES

PREMIER DIAGNOSTICS

KNOW MORE. CHECK IN. TAKE ACTION.

Premier Diagnostics provides a structured pathway for people who want to explore appropriate diagnostic testing.

Depending on the specific service, the pathway may include:

ORDER → COLLECT → TEST → RESULTS → FOLLOW-UP

The exact test, sample, collection method and laboratory process will depend upon the diagnostic service selected.

A diagnostic test is not automatically a diagnosis.

Results must be understood in the context of the test used and the individual circumstances. Where a result is positive, abnormal, unclear or concerning, appropriate clinical advice should be sought.

COLLECT LOCALLY

YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE

Where the selected service offers local collection, a test kit may be collected from a participating local Post Office.

Collection arrangements depend on the specific provider.

Always follow the instructions supplied with your kit.

Collect. Test. Return. Follow up.

FOLLOW-UP CALL

DON’T JUST TEST — UNDERSTAND THE NEXT STEP.

Where included within your selected service, a follow-up call provides an opportunity to discuss the information supplied with your result and understand what may need to happen next.

A follow-up call is not a substitute for clinical diagnosis or treatment.

If you have symptoms or are concerned about possible exposure to an STI, seek appropriate professional advice.

4. LOVE MOVEMBER SCIENCE

SCIENCE • PREVENTION • EARLY ACTION • MEN’S HEALTH

Love More Sex can sit alongside the wider Love Movember Science education concept.

The aim is to encourage men to become more comfortable talking about their health.

AREAS OF EDUCATION

Prostate health

Understanding prostate health, symptoms and when to seek advice.

Testicular health

Being aware of changes and seeking professional assessment when something unusual persists.

Mental health

Encouraging conversations about stress, isolation, resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Healthy ageing

Learning about sustainable habits around movement, nutrition, sleep, relationships and preventive healthcare.

Health literacy

Understanding health information rather than simply collecting more information.

LOVE YOUR MO

The moustache becomes the conversation starter.

See the Mo.
Start the conversation.
Check your health.

Love More Sex and Love Movember Science should not be presented as official Movember services or partnerships unless such a relationship exists.

5. LOVE MO SISTAS

HEALTH HAS NO GENDER

Love Mo Sistas provides an inclusive sister message around prevention, confidence and health literacy.

Topics can include:

Sexual health
Relationships
Consent
Contraception
Fertility
Changing bodies
Wellbeing

The message is:

Know more.
Ask more.
Look after yourself.

6. WEIGHT TO GO

BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND

Weight to Go is an educational wellbeing concept encouraging sustainable lifestyle habits rather than quick fixes.

The focus can include:

Food • Movement • Sleep • Hydration • Stress • Routine • Mindset

Weight management is individual.

We do not promote miracle diets, unproven detoxes or guaranteed weight-loss results.

Where weight or health concerns require clinical support, appropriate professional advice should be sought.

The aim is progress, not perfection.

7. HAIR SCIENCE THERAPY

ANALYSIS • TREATMENT • RESULTS

Hair can be part of the wider conversation about personal wellbeing and confidence.

Hair Science Therapy provides professional hair and scalp education and care.

The pathway can include:

Analysis
Hair Decode
Scalp care
Treatment where appropriate
Review

Hair Science Therapy is not a medical diagnostic service and does not diagnose cancer or other diseases.

Where a concern falls outside the scope of hair and scalp services, appropriate referral should be recommended.

8. HAIR DECODE

HAIR & SCALP EDUCATION

Hair Decode. Then decide.

Hair Decode helps people understand their hair, scalp, routine and available care options.

The consultation may explore:

  • Hair history
  • Scalp observations
  • Hair-care routine
  • Product use
  • Styling habits
  • Changes in density or texture
  • Lifestyle considerations
  • Appropriate next steps

NATURAL SELF-DIAGNOSTICS

The phrase natural self-diagnostics should mean self-observation and health education — not medical diagnosis.

You know what has changed.

We help you understand what questions to ask.
